Information Technology for BAS Professionals will make the student conversational in IT so that they confidently work with IT departments during the sales and/or operational phases of a BAS project. The student will spend several modules learning the fundamental IT skills needed to be “conversational” and then can dive deeper with more advanced topics and hands-on exercises in the remaining modules.
Understanding IT concepts can be challenging as it is. Coordinating with the IT department during the sales and operational phases of BAS projects add many more layers of complexity.
